Las habitaciones son grandes y cuentan con todos los servicios, la ubicación es excelente. El desayuno es únicamente café soluble y fruta picada.
The customer service was excellent. After trying to book at Another hotel “Real 1900 “ and getting the price ridiculously increased because they saw we were American, we came across this gem for half the price. This place was clean and beautiful, not to mention there is a convenience store known as OXXO across the hotel and on the opposite corner a tasty taco spot. The room was okay, could compare to a motel 6. I will say that it was hot and we had the restroom window open since there is no AC in there and ants were crawling all over the wall because of it. The hot water for the shower was hard to turn on and they do not supply a bath mat or extra towel for the shower so be weary if you are picky like I. The Wall AC was nice but we had to ask the front desk for a different remote as the original for the room was broken. Other than that no complaints. It was always peaceful and quiet in the hotel itself. There are doors so only guest can come into the hotel perimeters. It’s also close to the ZOCALO which is full of music and yummy food. Definitely recommend this place for your next stay.
Excelente Hotel, nuevo, buen gusto en el decorado pero con algunas fallas: la TV un problema sintonizar canales de tv abierta. Ni los mismos de ahi saben como encontrar canales para ver la TV Y para Facturar, un suplicio, a pesar de dejarles los dstos escritos, luego x correo y por watss, la riegan con la factura tardan casi una semana para hacerla bien y a la primera....
Excelente, muy buen servicio, la habitación está limpia, el baño solo un poco sucio en la parte de la ducha, pero de ahí en fuera todo excelente, camas nuevas y cómodas, precios accesibles (925 habitación sencilla), Oxxo en frente del hotel y unos ricos tacos en la otra esquina. Me quedan a deber un poco más en el desayuno v: pero aún así me encantó
